This is one of the best basic white flour blends around, with an excellent reputation in the Celiac community. With a cup for cup replacement of all purpose wheat flour, it is the preferred flour for delicate baking of pastries, cookies, quick breads and in savory cooking for soups, stews, gravies and dumplings. It's neutral flavor does not alter the taste of your family recipes. It works well in most recipes with the exception of yeast risen breads.  Ingredients: white rice flour. potato starch, tapioca starch and xanthan gum.
